DELIVERY SYSTEMS
+ FLOWER
Cannabis in its pure and natural form.
The cannabis flower - buds, nugs, chronic et al, is usually rolled into joints, smoked through a glass pipe, or otherwise decarboxylated. From bottom shelf to connoisseur strains, flower is the most natural form of cannabis. Burning flower is not as healthy as vaporizing, edibles or topicals, but it is the most classic form of cannabis and often preferred by traditional users.
+ CONCENTRATES
Oh, the wild world of concentrates!
Cannabis concentrates are highly-potent derivative products of the cannabis flower. Common types include traditional hash, rosin, extracted oils and many other variations. Most often consumed by dabbing or vaping, concentrates are often the quickest and most effective way to deliver THC to the system. They're preferred by high-tolerance users and medical users who need quick delivery. The world of concentrates is wide open. Ask your budtender to help you determine if concentrates are right for you!
+ VAPORIZERS
Discreet, portable and delicious!
Vaporizers and vape pens have been growing rapidly in recent years. They are an easy, on-the-go delivery method that is pleasant and discreet. Mostly using C02 Oil, they don't pack quite the punch of dabbing concentrates; however, they provide a smooth and accessible high. Choose from a variety of strains and brands for your perfect vape experience.
+ EDIBLES
Sweet, savory, effective!
Second to flower, edibles are one of the most classic cannabis delivery methods. From the humble (yet potent) cannabis brownies of yore, to today's immense variety of confections, savories and more, edibles are a staple of the cannabis industry.
Pay close attention to dosage and talk to your budtender about what is right for you. Edible dosages range from 5mg to 300mg, and it's important that you find the dosage that's right for you. Start small!
+ TOPICALS
For localized pain relief.
Topicals are a relatively new product in the cannabis industry designed to be absorbed through the skin. Ranging from basic medicated lotions to CBD patches, topicals are popular for localized pain relief. Typically, topicals are not psychoactive products.
STRAINS
+ INDICA
Short, bushy and potent!
Indica plants are short, usually under six feet tall, and have fat, deep green leaves. They originate from Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, and the surrounding areas. The high from a quality Indica strain leaves you relaxed and social. The stronger varieties will numb your body and put you to sleep. Great for relaxation, stress relief, and couchlock.
+ SATIVA
Big, tall and uplifting!
Sativa plants can grow upwards of 25 feet tall, but most level out under 12 feet. Leaves are long, thin, and light green; the typical cannabis icon. The high from a Sativa strain is often described as uplifting and energetic. Sativa is great for daytime. It's also a favorite of medicinal users because of its pain relieving properties.
+ HYBRID
The best of both worlds.
Hybrid cannabis strains provide the best of both worlds. Expert breeders select the top Sativa and Indica strains, then combine them into super strains that maintain the best aspects from both parents. Hybrids can be Sativa or Indica dominant and have the effects to match.
+ CBD
Non-psychoactive pain relief and body euphoria.
CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol, the cannabinoid second only to THC when measured by average volume. Recently, research has shown CBD to have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-anxiety properties without the psychoactive effects (the "high" or "stoned" feeling) that THC provides. While high THC strains often tout levels of over 20%, generally, CBD levels of over 4% are considered to be high.
